Customer Success Lead

Remote/Anywhere in the world 

In this role you will:

  • Partner closely with internal teams to deliver excellent end-to-end customer service, including customer engagement and customer issues resolution within service level standards.

  • Own and drive customer success for Trikl, such as planning and driving initiatives that lead to increased customer happiness, gathering voices of customers, and working closely with internal teams to affect the feedback and improve the product on an ongoing basis.

  • Together with the marketing team, plan and create Fintech-related content that serves to educate, showcase and promote Trikl’s products.

  • Set up touchpoints for customer interaction and set up workflows to resolve customer queries.

You might be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles like sales, relationship management, or branch banking.

  • Operating knowledge of the fintech ecosystem in Pakistan.

  • Enjoy engaging and helping customers, and possess good listening and communication skills.

  • Strong partnership and business development capabilities.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being able to work independently, and having space to create and problem-solve.

  • Have a growth mindset that is collaborative and team-oriented.

  • Prior startup/fintech experience is a plus.
